Day One (final part)

Back at the room. iPod is dying and Unc Justin's phone run dry. No extension! Called the room service to get us one and it's like it take ages to get it to our room. So, the second time, Unc Justin called and the person in charged said there's not enough staff in Malay. So Unc Justin turn to his lousy malay and said "U MAU SAYA TURUN AMIK SENDIRI AH??!!!" minutes after that a knock on our door. We got what we got. I mean we didn't actually get what we want but a 3 pin plug works. It's an old and yellowish plug. Ewkk!! Nothings new in here!
Next destination is, Gurney. And "Mr know it right" said his Justin's map is better than google map. Whatevalah Kay. We spend more than half an hour in the car going one big circle there at last looking sign boards for direction. Sick lah! Reach there late. And that fellow just left his car right in front of the door to the staircase which is obviously illegal. Arghh! Just don't care and we walked to Gurney Drive. Its crowded as usual.







And these are a few food that we've ordered. My favorite ho chian. Fried oyster! Yum yum!! We also ordered pasembor, rojak and grilled fish. I'm getting hungry as I am typing this!!




















And theres a story behind this last dish here. I saw this lady sitting beside our table eating this nicely. I was wondering what it was and curiousness kills! I asked her and she laughed. She looked at her boyfriend and her boyfriend said "you tell lah" that made me even anxious to know! She finally stopped and said "Gai Si Fat" which simply means chicken backside it the bishop's nose! We laughed but we ordered. you won't believe how delicious it was if you don't think where it came from. Finished and walked over to Gurney Plaza for shopping. Went in to my favorite shop, Soda! Tried and bought a pants and mum bought herself a blouse. Know what? Before we pay, they already pulled down the grills and we were the last ones. Thanks to Mr know it right, this is the only shop we've visited in Gurney. Went back to the hotel and surfed the net till almost 4am. Hehe...
